At Arrival

Registration for the conference will begin at the Auditoriums at Theology (Aarhus University, Taasinge Gade 3, building 1441) on Sunday, the 5th of August 2012, between 16.00 and 19.00. Registration will proceed on Monday, the 6th of August, from 8.00 to 12.00.

In connection with the registration on Sunday the 5th of August, The Department of Aesthetics and Communication and The Department of Culture and Society, Faculty of Arts, Aarhus University, will host an informal reception.

About cancellation

If you have registered for the conference, but have to cancel your participation, we use the following guidelines:

If you cancel your participation before the 1st of May 2012 we charge you 350 DKK, the remaining part of your expenses will be returned.

If you cancel after the 1st of May 2012 and before the 1st of July 2012 we charge you 550 DKK, the remaining part of your expenses will be returned.     

In case of cancellation after the 1st of July 2012 we cannot return your expenses.
